About:

Loyal Itachi/Naruto/Itachi fans, I have some news for you. You may have noticed that there have been many awards in the Naruto fandom but none of them for this particular pairing. A few friends and I have decided that Itachi/Naruto/Itachi pairing does not get the attention it deserves and had planned to start a award specifically for this pairing. A few fans have come up with the first Itachi/Naruto/Itachi fanwork contest. Currently, it is only limited to Fanfiction but we hope to expand the project to incorporate other branches of fanwork as well. I hope that you will help us in this endeavor to bring recognition to this wonderful pairing.

The Dates:

Advertising (February 20 - March 27)

During this period, I humbly request all my readers and Itachi/Naruto fans to advertise on your profiles, blogs, etc. We need to draw attention of the fandom to succeed in this endeavor and I hope that all of you will support us.

Submissions (March 28 - April 14)

Voting for Special Category (April 15 - April 22)

Normal Categories:

The stories will be judged by the four of us in the following categories. To keep the procedure fair, our own stories will not be considered for the contest. Works belonging to the Jury will not be considered.

Special Categories:

Best Author/Authoress: Juries are allowed to be nominated in Best Author/Authoress category.

Best Author/Authoress: category's winner is elected by popular choice and the jury plays no part in this to ensure fairness.

Juries' Choice: The best story regardless of its category, according to the Jury members.

We request you to adhere to the rules and regulations of the contest as we would like to maintain proper standards and a level of fairness. This contest is designed to create better appreciation for the pairing and the authors who have written great stories featuring this pairing.
