Caelel595 Posted December 28, 2008 Report Share Posted December 28, 2008 Hi, I just signed up, and for whatever reason, I can't seem to save any changes to my profile and any avatar I attempt to upload isn't getting uploaded, but I don't get any error message either. The changes just don't show, and the avatar doesn't upload. So, what am I doing wrong? Any help in this would be appreciated. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DemonGoddess Posted December 28, 2008 Report Share Posted December 28, 2008 To edit your profile, you would select "My Controls" from the top menu. Once you make the changes you want, and click "Amend Profile", you should see a little box that says "settings updated". For the avatar, below are the requirements. As long as the file you are using is no bigger than 75kb in size, the avatar utility will resize it to where it's no bigger than 150x150. Your avatar must be no bigger than 150 pixels by 150 pixels in size. Uploaded avatars from your computer must be no larger than 75 KB.The following file types are allowed: gif,jpg,jpeg,png Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
