It was a story I read a while back, I think it was a marriage law fic. Hermione is engaged to Ron but unhappy living at the Burrow. Especially how he eats and what they eat (fried food). He chokes to death during dinner (on chicken I think) and Hermione ends up having to marry Draco Malfoy and moves in with his family.
