Hi there. Not entire sure if I’m putting this in the right spot, in which case forgive me and I’d be happy to redirect this request to the appropriate one. I’m having issues trying to access my account. I realize the site had some issues with hacking a few months ago, so made sure to keep a distance until they were resolved. To my understanding that is the case and has been for a little while. I tried resetting my account password to see if that would help, which it usually does, but all I've gotten from the reset emails is that the “password reset is no longer valid.”
