Nah, I think Orville was first although I haven’t got around to seeing that yet, heard it was pretty good tho! Of course, Red Dwarf had canon Mpreg back in the 1980s in terms of sci fi TV and there’s even earlier.

Well, so did MacFarlane’s The Orville. Oh man, that show is great. Was the Dr. Who introduction first? What about a Dr. Who/Orville crossover?
I stopped following Dr. Who mid-way through Matt Smith’s episodes. The writing was dragging so much of the time that I didn’t want to slog through it to get to the few gems. Sad times. I still think one of my favorite “aliens” was the human skin with a face stretched over a rack, although I guess that was supposed to be a future human.
