Maybe it was a survival coping habit picked up during her thirty year sentence...I meant marriage.  Get drunk, numb yourself to reality.  Though I’m not a relationship expert (doesn’t stop me from writing about relationships).
 

Well, Des, family politics are like this. We haven’t seen her for over twenty years. She needed someone to help her when she fled her abusive husband of thirty years, which we did. We took her in several months ago. And as it turns out, that warm family feeling just doesn’t seem to go both ways. She doesn’t give a toss about us, apparently even up to and including now whether we live or die. I’ve done with her. Completely.

Aw, my smoking habit is meats, smoked meats.  (Pork loin, or chicken, fresh out, bursting with flavor across the tip of the tongue).  Never did the nicotine type, my grandfather was a chimney and served as a sort of anti-role model of sorts.

@Desiderius Price Well, I kind of think it’s bloody selfish to sod off and enjoy yourself while your own sister might die of liver failure in the back of an ambulance, but hey… *shrugs*

I quit a bit over five years ago, but in moments of extreme stress, I have been known to smoke a cigarette.

Thanks Yes, she’s feeling better now. Gallstone attacks come on sudden, and go away just as quick. But they’re getting more frequent, and it’s hard on the liver. It’ll be cholecystectomy, sooner rather than later. :/

Saiyuki is basically 4 dudes who travel around killing demons and bickering lol. Based on the legend of shangri la. Main char is a buddhist monk who smokes, curses, and uses guns. I still love it even though I’ve moved on from anime. And I like the art style because it’s a little more rough around the edges than most anime I’ve seen. Less pretty, but more emotional, if that makes any sense. Anyway, good luck on rekindling the Bleach fandom on AFF!

I’m positive there’s a lot of Yaoi fans on here, though I’m not sure how active the inuyasha and Bleach fandoms are on AFF. I used to be super into original yaoi manga. Built up quite a collection, (Most of which I had to throw out because I moved across country and had limited packing space, though I kept my favourites) but the only anime I ever really got into writing and reading yaoi in was Saiyuki. 

Rank – you can change this to what you want under settings edit profile – it’s called something like “user title.”  There used to be a minimum post requirement to change it long ago, (and at one point there was a “shop” item to change other users userpics/status which hooboy led to drama.) but I don’t know if that’s still in force so change it to what you want. I have mine as “Hello World.” At one point if not changed it would “level up” at various post levels but I don’t know if that’s still a setting on the forum or if it now just sticks on Virgin until manually changed in profile.
Reputation – I think this is mostly based on the number of likes you have received on your posts. There may be other factors. 
Dragon prints – as stated, these are story hits.
There is a subforum for forum questions which you might get quicker answers in. The thing with multiple status updates in a short time is that it floods the feed!

Reputation – may also relate to likes given.

Reputation is based on the number of likes your posts get. I think the titles do level up, but I’m an archive geek and not really always up on forum stuff.
