I don’t know what the answer is… just scrape through somehow, usually, until you feel better.

In my not so humble opinion...  If you feel the need to change it, then that's something only you can decide, ultimately.  However, if you feel that you've worn out the name or that it's time to "grow", then wholeheartedly, do it.  The pen name should reflect some part of you within it, whether it changes every few years or not at all.
I mean, you know mine.  It reflects me.  So, let yours reflect who you are :).  And, whether CR or something different as can be, people will find your works :).  As for now or after, if you feel the need to change it now, you always have my backing :).

Saw the dick on your review response thing… sorry about that. Something certainly seems important enough to them to have left those words – probably jealousy.
When I said earlier “caught up on my reading” I didn’t mean completely, just managed to check out the Halloween stories, and I loved your addition.
I did want to say as well (but haven’t got around to it until now) that I was so sorry to see you had let Blackbird go while I was kind of absent. Still, when I do catch up properly, I’m certain I’ll love what you’re doing instead. I always enjoy your stories. I’ve never read anything you’ve written and been disappointed. I will catch up, once things quieten down here. Between feverish snatched moments of writing, there’s work, and Mom is in and out of hospital (back in today). I have you in mind, and some others who I’ve missed keeping up with.

Yeah.  Been there, done that, bought the summer t-shirt and ballcap in the middle of winter...  I think staring at the computer and having your mind blank is actually worse, at least to me...  (at least posted wrong, someone will still read it...  And be confused...)

I started writing it four days ago.  I’m now working on Chap 4, with quite a ways to go, unfortunately.
Now it’s time to switch gears so to speak.  I’ve written most of the ‘groundwork’ in the first 3 Chaps.  Now it’s time to change my entire mindset and jump into the villain. Therein lies the glitch

Since apparently I'm late as always (maybe I should have that as the title tag thingamajiggyjig)…
First one I posted, took almost a year to do...  And every chapter I'm just like "Do It!  Do It!" (Yes, I put on the Emperor Palpatine gravelly voice and command myself to post) and still takes a few minutes of arguing with myself.  Now I'm just like  (curled into a fetal position in a corner) "There's a review!  There's a review!  There's a review!"
As for editing and changes...  Yeah, been there...  Actually, going through a massive upheaval of one I'd like to get published...  Man have I changed (@CloverReef and it's all your fault!)
And I probably don't have near as many tales of "Huked on Fonix", but I've seen some who've really needed an editor...  
As long as you're having fun and enjoying writing it, you'll fit right in with the rest of us asylum escapees…
(Really gotta work on my rambling...)
