I'm on my third Kindle
First one was killed by destroying the display - half the screen froze in screensaver mode. Second didn't die but ran out of space for video. Third is slated for replacement due to no capability for memory expansion (no sd slot).
I feel your pain. At least my tablets are replaceable for under $80 (memory extra).

Yeah, its a bit tender, to say the least, but they gave me good pain meds so I’m doing ok so far. Thanks for the well wish Samara. I’ll have to see if I can get Magus writing again, I have at least a week to get him past his writers block
