Right… I’m about to do something to the two male pov characters in my story that most men would call downright cruel. I’ve got them this far. To steal a phrase, only one thing could possibly win me greater glory: to stop them.
Women do feel this too, and in the morning Brienne’ll be so pissed off, she’ll likely decapitate a wooden training dummy or something in sheer frustration. Let’s hope there’s one around, or Podrick really will be in trouble in that chapter…
I am very, very evil. Especially with regards to the end of this, and my thoughts on the (potential!) eventual fate of these characters. Doesn’t bear thinking about. Unless you happen to be me. *looks well shifty… mutters about history… repeating… incest… Targaryen… insanity… fire… ice… *coughs*… craster… et cetera...*

All of my work is done, I have the house to myself and all day to write NC-17 fanfiction. Let’s see if I can get to the ‘dog bed’ scene that started all this before supper tonight. I can  but try.

Today I highlighted few locks of my hair in golden blonde... the feeling is amazing. 

Chapters are delayed, but that doesn’t mean I’m not writing anything. For instance, while at work today, I had to stop to write, and that hasn’t happened to me for a good long while. Oh, and while I do intend to have lots of smutty fun, the evil side of my brain is busy planning some kind of wicked and horrific prologue thing full of murder, death, betrayal, history repeating itself and oh… just how impossible redemption is. Yes! I love being evil. I can’t help it. I’ve got two years to play with it before we get to see the real thing from Mr. Martin himself. I’m gonna have some fun!

Ok… next chapter nearly done. And… Brienne really *needs* to take this up, because it’s about as romantic as the Hound is ever going to get (albeit kind of violent, peculiar and twisted, just like he is). Hell, I’d have taken him up ten chapters ago, and I haven’t even written ten chapters. *sighs* Looks like Rory McCann is easily making my list of people I want to play “dressing up” with.

Having broken the $10 mark on BN.com, I can officially add "Paid author" to the resume. I think, technically, this puts me at Z list status. Y status here we come!

While at work, I didn’t have to think about work, because I was busy thinking of the fic and characters, and how I can get them to do what I want so they get a nice, happy ending. Clegane is developing a very dirty little laugh. In the meantime, IRL, I have already used up my quota of ‘c’ words for the year. It’s lunchtime. Time for a little nap.

Tried to promise myself I’d write 100 words a day.  Failed.  Promised myself 50 words.  Wrote 500.  My muse is a witch.

I think I might be waking up or something. I’ve just written some kind of beginning for a fun little Clegane/Brienne/Tormund fic. Just need to work out some plausible details. Writing Clegane’s pov atm, but might chop and change about. Hard to tell yet.

You may have noticed I’m never online. Sorry about that. I’m really ill. Can’t even read atm. I've restarted Matt Haig’s latest about half a dozen times now. Still haven’t got past the first four pages. Goldfish have better concentration and mental agility than me right now.
I can’t even do you any politics…
Well, except to say to all: Fight fascism, with everything you’ve got. But then, that’s not really politics. That’s just basic humanity. I still have some of that left in me.
So, apologies if you’re waiting on me to reply to emails/admit I’m alive/do something I’ve forgotten. I honestly don’t mean to be ignorant. I just have zero energy. I have no idea when normal service will be resumed.
This status update is the most writing I’ve done in weeks.
