I know this was one of dpiloff’s stories. I believe your looking for miscarriage of justice.

There is a story on fanfiction.net just like this. I however do not remember the name.

It starts out before the destruction of the Uzumaki clan. It is when there still apart of konoha. The uchiha and uzumaki clans make a deal, and do it though a seal. The seal makes the uchiha clan possessive, and love the members of the uzumaki clan. Uzumaki clan decides to leave in set up in a different village. Later on the Uchiha are possessive of Kushina, and jealous of Minato. Itachi, and Sasuke find out about Naruto and are both in love with him, and our possessive.

Inuyasha, and Kagome are together. Inuyasha goes into heat, and has sex with Sesshomaru. He ends up pregant. Problem is he is to young to be able to safely carry children. His relatives end up deciding Sesshomaru's punishment for getting Inuyasha pregnant so young. The three of them decide to stay together to make Inuyasha happy. Inuyasha loses the baby. Sesshomaru ends up having to have sex with Inuyasha in front of some of their relatives to prove that he won't hurt Inuyasha during sex. I think at one point all three have sex. This is all I remember of the fic. If anyone can provide more info on the fic, or the name that would be great.
