Ok,A couple years ago I was reading this fic and it's sequel and I haven't had any luck finding it. The story starts out with Joey who is a hunter who just came back from the dead.Seto is a vampire,but he is willing to help joey and his friends(namely Yugi,Ryou,Malik and Yami).They look into the records of Seto's past and they are kind of wary of him at first,but eventually warm up to him.Because Joey had died before Malik was chosen by a council of some sorts as the new "main man".Meanwhile in another part of town Bakura and Marik are looking for their sire because Marik is ill.I forget exactly what happened but something happened to make Seto act the way he used to and because of it Marik was healed by taking some of his blood.Joey attempts to crash the party,but ends up getting turned instead.Seto finally comes back to his senses afterward and is upset about what he had done and that's where the main story ends. In the sequel Yugi-tachi moves into this old,abandoned mansion which they spruce up.The pairings at this point are puppyshipping,puzzleshpping and conspireshipping.Basically they all happily live under one roof,still going on hunting missions.They meet up with Pegasus at some point who tells them something about souls(In this fic and the previous one Marik speaks in the 3rd person.He also calls Pegasus "flying horse").During one mission Ryou does something rash that leaves him on death's doorstep,of course Marik then points out what Pegasus said and without hesitation Bakura changes Ryou.Afterwards Malik also wishes to change as well so Bakura does so.Yugi feels left out since he will be the only one that ages since Yami is a spirit and all the others are vampires and therefore immortal.They are able to find a test that if Yugi passes that will allow him to stay human,but become immortal.Of course Yugi passes and everyone is happy,or so it seems...After the council found out about Malik's transformation into a vampire they try to come up with something to make them miserable.They settle on using some sort of gas that gives them amnesia,however they are able to figure out their names by reading the signs by their room doors.It is later revealed that Mahad is in the council and he lifts the spell and they let him live with them since he quit the council.Unfortunatly the sequel was never finished and that's how far I remember it being. Before people ask questions about why I remember so much-I'm autisic and have a very good memory.
