Hermione returs to Hogwarts. The train is attacked and they head for the castle on foot. Deatheaters have attacked castle and many staff have been killed (Hagrid etc). Herm finds Sev in his classroom - his hand has been cut off. I read this story last year, and have been searching for it ever since. I'm pretty sure it was on AFF.
