  1. Chapter 2 is up and ready to read! If you spot any spelling errors please let me know. I finished up this chapter not too long after work and work gives me bad typos. LOL.
  2. Gotcha. I'll let you know what you need to have fixed, I'll fix them for you so it'll look really nice, and ship you the edited copy. Sound good?
  3. This is probably super late but in case you haven't found it yet... Isnt that the one where Shera was a complete nutcase and I think Yuffie was involved too in protecting Cid and spying on Shera, and OMG the ending was so sad. Poor Cid!
  4. Sure, I'll help you out! Feel free to give me the link!
  5. ^ Loves people with a twisted sense of humor.
  6. Title: Otherworld Author: My Valenwind Rating: Will be Adult in later chapters! I promise! Summary: The team of Final Fantasy 7 win their battle with Sephiroth, and the lifestream gushes up and takes them where they may never be seen again. (Yes the prologue is short, but the first chapter is much longer!) *Note* The way that I have the world of Final Fantasy X is set up as follows: Yuna is a summoner but Sin no longer exists (and she is not a songstress), Auron is still "undead" (but existing), Tidus is alive (and his problem with Jecht and Zanarkand is solved), Zanarkand is still in ruins, the Farplane is still "visitor friendly", and Seymour is alive and sane, and has re-gained the Guado trust. I will be keeping the FFX walkthrough nearby so I can keep each location the same and place each characters in convenient spots. I thought I would let you know these details so when a character comes around, you'll know why I threw them in there. Feedback: Greatly appreciated, as it feeds my fanfiction's soul. I'd also love to hear who you'd like to see together in later chapters, since this is a FF7/FFX Yaoi based crossover! I also would like you to give me your opinion on whether or not Baralai, Gippal, and Nooj should make some kind of quick appearance or should be part of the main story (and pairings). Usually I stop my reviewers' pages to check out their work of fanfictions, so I just might be stopping by your fanfictions as well! Fandom: A mix of Final Fantasy 7 and Final Fantasy X Yaoi, and my reviewers may input some of their desires that I may include in later chapters! URL: Thanks a ton for checking out this thread, and I hope to hear your input! ~My Valenwind
  7. Hello fellow adult fanfiction reader and writer! I'm very interested in becoming a beta for Final Fantasy yaoi fanfiction, preferrably FF7/FF8/FF10/FFX-2/FFXII, but I'm willing to give other things a try, including crackfics, crossovers, and originals if you need grammar help or ideas to help advance your plot once it has begun. I'm very picky when it comes to grammar, and I think that part of what makes a wonderful fanfiction is its grammar (depending on the degree of error), so I'm more than willing to hand-pick as many grammatical errors as I possibly can, and explain why - and I'm willing to read a work more than once without a problem if needed! There isn't really anything I refuse to beta when it comes to story content (BDSM, shota, Non-con, etc.), so if I do end up denying to beta something, most likely the reason will be a lack of time (which is rare) or something much more specific. But most likely I won't deny any fanfiction up for beta. Hmm... as for myself personally, I'm currsnely working on a FF7/FFX crossover titled Otherworld and so far I have the prologue and first chapter available to all. I'm working on the second chapter now and should be put up soon. I've read many, many fanfictions including the longest and best Valenwind I've seen on the internet named Shattered Ice Redux (read 4 times) and Shattered Dreams (read twice), and also the Yuffie/Nanaki sequel Shattered Traditions, all written by the lovely author dracoqueen22, an author I love and honor to the fullest since reading the original Shattered Ice. Yes, I read a lot, even my library at home has been growing every time I had a few extra bucks in my pocket (thank you Barnes and Noble LOL). I'm available on MySpace at, so you may contact me there and get to know me more personally (I check it every day), or you may send an email over to me at I check my email more than once per day, and I'm usually available some evenings, many late nights, and weekends depending on my work hours. The time you send me a message doesn't really matter because I will read it as soon as I check it which is usually within 36 hours at the most (in cases where I dont get online for a while). I'm looking forward to reading some new material, so feel free to send it right over to me!
