So, why do “family friendly” places get so upset when you try to create a family there?

Going to a respiratory specialist tomorrow. Hopefully get an appointment for the biopsy. (I apparently got 15 little balls in my lungs) but I’m still holding out hope that I’m gonna go in there and they’re gonna be like “guuurl we got you. We found out what aaaails you, queeen!! With our big city doctor sorcery! Eat these magic beans, a stalk will shoot out of your ass, and you be cuuuured bitch!” Kuz that’s how doctors talk.
