What is funny is I don't think it was ever mentioned who was older Max or Cyndi. By Magus math it looks like Max is the older brother because he was 12 when June told Marge that her husband died 7 years ago. In the last chapterof GITG it was mention that they were two and five. I can't wait to see what Magus comes up with where Leia came from

Hello, I'm not new-new but I've been lurking while slowly feeling out the forums and beginning to interact. I'm AquaTonic on AFF, I joined when I initially started to venture into writing more mature content than was appropriate for FF.Net. I've been writing since I was about 12 or 13, starting with fan fiction and then progressed into wanting to write something of my own. Because I had a huge horde of fan fic ideas, I wanted to finish those but decided I can rearrange the plot to make it into an original fic instead. I have one fan fic left to finish and then I'm purely dedicated to my own original works. It's nice to meet everyone and I hope to get to know you more as I start being more active on the forums!

I'll swoop into the conversation, if you guys don't mind. I've seen this character bashing thing, it is annoying and usually completely random in plot wise. Ha ha, I think I've even done it myself back when I was a teenager, though. I laugh at myself I haven't really read HP fics, but I agree that it's completely absurd to make a character get over a rape, like, in one night. I too know people who have been victims of that form of violence and I've seen how hard it is to get over that. It might take even for years. I've been reading mainly Batman fics myself, and I've sort of made my peace with the type of fics I've had issues with. The issues I had were mostly related to the pointless and extreme rape/gore/abuse, especially with the fics involving the Joker, one of my favorite characters. However, lately I've been annoyed by that some writers don't do their background research, especially concidering psychiatry. I know, I know, it's not exactly realistic in Batman canon, either, but even some realism would be nice, please.

I didn't start writing until 6th grade when one of my teachers pulled out pictures and as a project, we were to write something around that picture and describe it. I fell in love with doing that, discovered fan fiction on the internet, and my fate was sealed! My cousin and I had binders full of stories we'd create together. First our own, and read them to each other a chapter at a time, and then we started writing together.

I'll jump in on this and I like how BronxWench pointed out 'why are you angry' part. It really burns my ass...when someone assumes I want unsolicited advice/help trying to lose weight and that it will 'improve my marriage'. Why does this make me angry? I'm finally happy in my own skin after years of hating myself, my body/my choice/mind your business, it's a rude topic to bring up, ever, especially when first meeting someone, this topic triggers my past ED, and I have a great marriage but thanks for asking.
