I read this fic years ago, and it's about the “real” Harry Potter telling his story after Hermione and/or Jo Rowling made up a fairy tale version of him (the canon events).

The same author had a fic about Harry and Luna going dogging and having an orgy with Terry Boot on holiday if I recall correctly.
