KirikouChan Posted October 6, 2009 Report Share Posted October 6, 2009 Perhaps someone could help me find this Death note fanfic I'm looking for. ^.^ Summary: Light lives with his mother (Wedy) and his (half)sister Misa. Their father (Aiber) walked out on them some time ago. Wedy is a thief who steals for some criminal organization (I recall it was named after some vague Death Note reference). Eventually Light helps out his mother and gets discovered by the organization and is forced to help out. Meanwhile Misa has unrequited feelings for Light. L eventually goes after the organization and helps Light. Light is taken to Whammy's and ends up stirring up quite a lot of trouble there in order to get L's attention. If I recall correctly, Misa eventually moves in with her father. She returns eventually and takes custody of her younger half-brother, though Light isn't looking forward to it, he ends up living with Misa. It turns out Misa became a part of a 'cult' currently led by Mikami, Mikami and Misa want Light to use the Death Note they posses and become the god of the new world. Light initially disagrees, but after an argument with L who accuses him of being a murderer he decides to accept the role of Kira.... And that's a summary of what I can remember.
