Changing Story Codes

Hi.

I was wondering how to change the story codes on the stories? I have a WIP that will soon be complete and I would like to change the codes to reflect that. Unfortunately, I can't seem to figure out how. Please help? Thank you, TUTNguyen

i'm having the same problem—somehow about half of my warning codes disappeared from a story i posted, then edited, today. i know i've done that very thing before, changed from WIP to Completed, but it's been a while. if i get it figured out i'll come back and let you know what i did. (well, let's be optimistic and say WHEN i figure it out!)

TUTNguyen—i just saw someone else asking this question further along in the support forum, and DemonGoddess061 (admin staff for AFFN) told them, "You should be able to edit your description. If not, give me a link to the story and I'll make the edit in the db direct for you." so if you are still unable to edit the warning codes to change from WIP to Completed, you might see if she can do that for you also.

but i'm still going to research it, because i KNOW i did this once upon a time!

Here's how you do it.

Select edit story.

Select the story.

Select edit details.

Edit the summary field. THAT is where your tags go.
