Naruto and his older sister Naruko are pranksters for two different reasons.

For Naruto he craves the attention and the acknowledgement of the villagers, because of this he pulls pranks.

Naruko on the other hand doesn’t care about the villagers, but every she pulls a prank the Uchiha police sends her to a prison cell for the night, but Naruko is not alone in the cell, with her Uchiha Fugaku, who spends the night with her.
