Searching for a shifter fic

Hi I’m seeking a fic I read once – if I remember correctly the story centred around a group of 6/7 male cat shifters (changelings?) in a group marriage/bonding. I think one of them was called James Raymes (sp?) who owned some sort of tech company. One of the husbands got stuck in his cat form and accidentally married a new male (I think was named Cai) who was mute and had shifter heritage but hadn’t had his first shift yet.
