Hinata was sent to be Konoha ambassador in Kumo. In Kumo Hinata becomes a friend with Uzumaki Kushina, the Raikage's wife.

Hinata doesn’t know that Kushina wants to make Hinata cheat on her boyfriend Kiba and become the Raikage's woman.

With time Hinata finds her self being seduced by her friend Kushina until one night she finds herself naked in bed with Kushina and the Raikage.

Sometime later in Konoha Kiba was told by the Hokage that Hinata is not only planing to stay in Kumo for her whole life as an ambassador, but she also planing to marry the Raikage to strengthen relations between the two villages.

 

Kumo was able to kidnap Kushina when she was young.

Kushina was trained to become loyal kunoichi to Kumo.

Kushina ended up marrying the Raikage and gave birth to his children. Naruto never born.

Kushina knows that her husband wants Hinata, so she decides to make Hinata cheat on Kiba and join her as the Raikage's wife.

Hinata loves Kiba, but because she is alone in Kumo she is unable to resist her friend Kushina. After cheating for the first time Hinata finds herself enjoying her time with the Raikage and Kushina, especially when the Raikage's BBC is bigger than Kiba's cock.
