While in her training trip Naruko was left training alone by Jiraiya who went to a brothel.

After finishing her training Naruko decides to sneak into a private hot spring instead of going to the public one.

After entering the hot spring Naruko finds the Raikage naked in with Sake enjoying his time alone, so after taking off her clothes Naruko joins him not knowing that joining the Raikage is going to make her forget about Sasuke or any other boy in Konoha.
