What Naruko doesn’t know is that her pervert teacher made a deal with the Raikage where the pervert Jiraiya is allowed to seduce any Kumo's kunoichi, and in return the Raikage takes Naruko, his rival's daughter, to his bed. What Jiraiya doesn't know is that what he did is going to make Konoha lose their strongest kunoichi in the future, because after the night with the Raikage Naruko’s dream changed from becoming the Hokage into becoming the Raikage’s wife.
