Raikage x Mizukage

The Raikage wants to gain influence over the Land of Water, so he made a deal with Mei Terumī to help her defeat Yagura and make her the Fifth Mizukage, but in return ahe become his wife, this way he gains power over the Land of Water using his wife.

Mei agrees to the Raikage's propose, because first she would be able to end the civil war, and second she has a weird fantasy to be dominated and used by a powerful shinobi from another village, so she likes the idea of her husband being from another village and being used.
