Nagato was able to bring Kushina back to life with the rest of Konoha's villagers. Years later after the war Naruto saw how his mother is lonely with her husband is dead and her friends most of them are dead and the rest are older than her by many years. 

So with the help of hai wife Hinata Naruto created a plan to make his mother enjoy her life again, the plan is to use his position as the Hokage and the Uzumaki clan restoration to make Kushina marry him to give her a new purpose by raising their children.

Because of this plan Kushina finds herself being fucked and impregnated by her new husband while Hinata beside her waiting to be fucked after her.
