Tsunade made a bet with Naruto: if he could master the Hiraishin no Jutsu during his three years with Jiraiya she would give him her and become his wife; if he failed, she takes half of the money that he gains from missions.

Three years later Naruto returns to Konoha after mastering the Hiraishin, as for Tsunade she starts searching for a good a wedding dress because she knows that in a months is her wedding night where she is going to be fucked by her new husband.
