Kumo has successfully kidnapped Hinata and she found out that Kumo has a tradition where the wife of the future Raikage must be a woman from Konoha that they kidnap.

Hinata is not the only female from Konoha in Kumo, Tsunade is married to the retired Third Hokage, where she works at the hospital during the day and be fucked by her husband during the night.

Tsunade's son the Fourth Raikage is married to Uzumaki Kushina, she gave birth to two children, Naruto and Karui.

 Hinata lives in the same house as them so she is able to hear Kushina's and Tsunade's moans every night, but they also able to hear Hinata's because it is her weeding night and she is being fucked and impregnated by her husband in their bedroom.
