Hiruzen Sarutobi is angry at Asuma for leaving the village and to join the Twelve Guardian Ninja even after he told him not to do it because Konoha needs him because it still weak after the Kyuubi attack and the death of the Kyuubi attack. 

Do to punish Asuma for disobeying him Hiruzen decides to take the woman that Asuma love for himself.

So a month after Asuma left Kurenai started to receive strange secret missions from the Hokage, helping him at his house because he is "old", giving him massage, washing his back… until one day Kurenai found herself naked in the Hokage's bedroom while being fucked by him. 

Years later Asuma returns to Konoha with a plan to ask Kurenai for a date, but only to finds that Kurenai not only becomes his step-mother, but also pregnant with her second child.
