Mabye have it start with someone putting using something like the confundus charm to make Cho enjoy the pain at first but then over time Cho Comes Enjoy the Pain even without the magical encouragement.Like mabye the Ravenclaw Quidditch captain wants Cho to train harder so he uses a Spell to make Cho enjoy the Pain from training hard but its has side effects and start to become permanent leading to Cho getting pleasure from pain permanently. After overuse of the spell.

 

Mabye take some Ideas for what could be do to Cho from the Luna Bullied by Cho and The Ravenclaw girls challenge but instead of Luna being the target its Cho.(Luna could also still be a target the Story would be more about Cho fall as she joins Luna after being dethroned from her spot at the top of the pecking order)
