He’s going to be Minister! But, to do that, he’s going to need a name with weight behind him, because nobody respects the name Weasley. And who better than the young Potter girl/boy that just entered the wizarding world? Percy trains Harry (boy or girl) throughout their time at Hogwarts, and outside at the Burrow, to be dependent and obedient to him, so that she (gonna go with female for this) will be the perfect trophy wife and political backer. Starts innocent enough, for what it is, isolating her from her peers, making her dependent on his knowledge of general facts and coaching her through classes to in-debt her to him. But then as the time goes on it becomes more. Demeaning her, forcing her to do chores and tasks for him because he’s busy with OWLS/NEWTS/Ministry reports, degrading her efforts if it isn’t to his standards. Treating her as a slave rather than a friend. And then, he notices her as a woman. At this point Fem!Harry is willing to do anything to keep Percy happy. He was her first friend, her mentor, confidant, basically the only person she ever connected too. So what if he’s bossy, or irritable? He stressed! So of course she’d be happy to suck him off. He might even delay getting his first job at the Ministry because the hours are too structured and take a certification class or an apprenticeship for greater flexibility as he trains Harriet. He needs access to Hogwarts during this vital time of her development after all. He makes Harriet feel important by thanking her for taking the edge off him and telling her that he couldn’t imagine how difficult his life would be without her (mouth/ass/pussy). Percy tells her about House Potter but makes it sound much more difficult than it is or offers to handle his responsibilities for her. He also does very well in school and can impress her with his better marks. He offers to tutor her but belittles her magical ability when she doesn’t get everything perfectly right on the first try.
