Quick Question Regarding Flashbacks

I have a fic that I'm writing (Dur, or I wouldn't be here.)

Quick background, this story has some pretty graphic flashbacks, involving the rape of a very young (read, 5 years old young) girl, from the view of her twin brother, who witnessed it.

... My question is, does this violate the rules of underage fiction?

This site doesn't have any rules about underaged fiction with the exception of the author's age and even if it did, I'm sure that that would be acceptable.

As far as I know it just can't be about any real person. If the character is completely made up, they can be any age you want.
