Ok. I just this movie - Species… And that transform idea maybe not that bad. Few examples:

Fuu can mutate because of too much use of Seven Tails chakra. She have permanently Seven Tailed wings and scales on part of her back, and can hide it under her skin; her teeth and nails can be sharper and longer (not too long, though); lack of pupils in eyes also can be effect of mutation. I just came up with few more ideas for story, so if you still can and want use them, then go one:

1. After their first sex, Fuu is in love with Naruto – but she didn’t care is she his lover or just toy. She just want be breed by him.

2. Naruto and Fuu will escape from Jiraiya/Konoha when they notice that their children is insect/human hybrid – they are afraid of possibly hatred from other people and of posibility that Konoha councile may want use children as weapon.

3. (if point 2 is realised) Naruto and Fuu stay on abbandoned and unknow island. Their they family grow up and slowly developed into Hive-like hierarchy – with Naruto and Fuu as King and Queen, male children as Workers/future Breeders, and female as Warriors who protect island. About Naruto and Fuu themselves:

Also – few more ideas, if you want:
