After Fugaku’s death (maybe from the massacre but it could be anything), Mikoto is lonely and in need of company. Maybe she needs to get married because of some obscure rule about only men being Uchiha clan heads. So she seduces and marries Naruto Uzumaki to fill that need. Her daughter, Satsuki, isn’t thrilled with her new stepdad though and this fic is basically Naruto fucking his new daughter into submission. Hoping for d/s, Satsuki struggling at first, dirty talk centering around their father-daughter relationship, etc. If Mikoto finds out then it would be great if she was supportive too.

The premise could work with Minato, Kushina, and Naruko too. Minato dies, Kushina gets remarried, and Naruko get fucked by her new stepdad.

The premise of this fic only works if Naruto’s older than Sasuke and at least Itachi’s age (it would be interesting to have one where fem!Itachi is his stepdaughter too) and marries Mikoto. Because of the tension between the Uchiha and Uzumaki Clans, and between Asura/Indra legacies, he could work out his frustration on his new broodmares. I’d personally like to read a fic where Mikoto doesn’t know her loving husband is sleeping with Satsuki and Naruto basically shames/threatens her into keeping quiet.

Could be something like young stamina freak Naruto is too much for Mikoto, it’s taking a visible toll on her, so Satsuki pushes for him to let Mikoto have a night off.

Izuna would probably be a long-shot since that’s a character that has been long dead but femItachi and femSasuke works! They could have different motivations as well. Naruto’s libido is too much for Mikoto, so a tsundere Satsuki insists on getting rid of some of the edge, while femItachi could actually be attracted to Naruto and want to be the perfect housewife to him. Maybe also jealous that Mikoto is the one actually married to him.
