Start with Naruko gets arrested by the Uchiha police after one of her pranks,they put her in the prison and Fugaku tell her how her mother was just like her in the past but they found a way to stop her prank

Flashback:
Kushina in the prison and Fugaku and some his clan start to Gangbang her.

He till her how after the Kyuubi attack he kidnaped Kushina and put her in one of the Uchiha hideouts where he turn her to breeding stock 

Flashback:
Pregnant Kushina gets fucked by Fugaku and other Uchiha.
-flashback,Kushina give brith to red hair baby with black eyes.

Fugaku tell Naruko how he will break her and make her his slave to help him become Hokage and after that joins her mother to give him more children
After that he take her virginit
