Takes place during season 6 episode 8 "Lisa on Ice" When Homer takes Lisa to get gelato as Bart and Marge was spending time together they end up having sex with each other.

 

Bart is 10 years old and Marge is 37 years old.

Marge is only allowed to have sex with Bart.

Marge has never cheated on Homer before and Bart is the second man she had sex with.

 Anything else is up to you.
