0.o When I had to go through confimation, I had to go to a temple and take part in the service, but even then I wasn't forced to pray, just watch. That's taking things a bit too far.

and this isn't front page news? now imagine what would happen if muslim kids were forced to pray to anything other then allah in school? or even, god forbid, look at a PICTURE of their prophet?? people would die over that. i'm so sick of this shit.

Religious sensitivity and tolerance has been stretched way too far. I find this incident deplorable because of the teacher's blatant disregard for individual choice and autonomy.

Its people like these that make people like Me who advocate sensitivity to other cultures look like idiots. The cause of cultural sensitivity its in no way advanced by these idiots.

I oppose all officially recognized prayer in schools regardless (with the small exception of religious clubs). It doesn't matter if its to Allah or to the Christian God.
