Reset password rejected?

I had to reset my password because I had lost my account information. I went through the process and was mailed my new password. When I entered my user name and the new password, it was rejected and I had to reset my password yet again. The password entered was correct, as it was copied directly from the email. I would like to know why the first reset password was rejected.

I'll have a look and see what's going on for you. Did you also happen to change your email address or anything else for the forum?

Once the forum resets a password, should the user request a password again, any older reset passwords will become null and not work.
