In chapter 1 Satsuki gets raped by Ragyo (in the bath scene in episode 16) in chapter 2 Ryuko gets raped by Ragyo and Nui (Ryuko being brainwashed in episode 21) and in In chapter 3 takes place after episode 24 and before episode 25 Ryuko and Satsuki decides to have sex with each other why is up to you.
