I thought it was called Pantheon or House of the Gods or something along those lines. It is about the gods living in the Pantheon. The main characters were the god of nature and the god of war. One day the god of war rapes/takes advantage of the god of nature. Because of that, the god of nature believes they are now mates and thinks he must bend to the god of wars will though he is upset about it. The god of war eventually gets upset at this and becomes distant. They eventually fall in love. Also, later in the story, the god of the sun and the god of the underworld fall in love.
