For this fic Konoha must have a mandatory academy (the academy of the manga) for all citizens until 12 years old, an advanced academy for those that show the more potential or determination until 15 year old and then the genins and chunins (if they pass the exam quickly) are under the tutelage of at least one Jonin for at least 2 year.

One year before her final graduation, Hinata finds a saimin no jutsu and decides to utilize it to finally makes Naruto notices her and falls in love with her, especially since she discovers she can use it at distance thanks to her Byakugan.

First she act rather subtlely by influencing some of his decisions, by giving him erotic dreams of her or by having sex with him but making him believe that it was a dream or a phantasm.

After she realizes her dream, she understands that she want more for her Naruto (and accessorily for her) and she decide she will hypnotize others young kunoïchi to form a helpful harem for her blond. One of her first future harem sister/servant will be her younger sister Hanabi.

When they graduate Naruto and Hinata must be in the same team.

Obligatory members of Naruto and Hinata’s harem are: Hanabi, Haku, Tenten, Fu, Kin, Tayuya, Shion and Hana. Others can be additioned.

Kunoïchi that are forbidden: Sakura, Ino and Karin.

All of this are possibilities. My first thoughts were for a more gentle fic but if someone want to go toward the full domination it is possible.
