Kushina returns to Konoha from a mission without knowing she's been followed by a horny ghost. The ghost is invisible to everyone and capable of touching anything. Kushina can feel eyes watching her, but can't detect anything out of the ordinary. But when night comes and Kushina falls asleep... The horny ghost has its way with her. Kushina is helpless to resist as the invisible spirit molests her body to its heart's content. The 1981 movie "The Entity" has a similar premise.
