DemonGoddess Posted March 22, 2015 Report Share Posted March 22, 2015 It could be any number of things. 1. You need to be sure to use your email address for this function. The one you registered with. 2. When resetting, you must use ONLY letters and numbers. Anything else will make it so you get the error. No other characters than letters or numbers. 3.
