So, it's basically that while on a mission, Naruto saves Yugito from the Akatsuki. While she's knocked out, the Nibi senses the power in Naruto and basically makes her go into heat. After that, it's pure PWP. Naruto should be fairly hung and with a lot of stamina cause of Kurama and Uzumaki longevity. You can even make Kurama a female and have a four way (NarutoxYugitoXKyuubiXNibi) in the mindscape. Nibi would look like Yoruichi from Bleach and Kyuubi like either Yasaka from DxD or Yoko Littner from Gurren Lagann.
