First time fanfic writer-help!

hey everyone,

I'm sure this seems like a childish question to all of the more experienced online writers, but I've mostly stuck with writing on paper and therefore am slighlty clueless when it comes to posting stories online. Can someone tell me how to make my writing in html? My italicized and bolded words don't show up when I post them

Sure thing!

Just add an <i> before the italicized words and </i> after.

Similiarly <b> and </b> for bold.

If you use miscrosoft word, you just write normally, then click save as. At the bottom below where you type in the file name and it says word document, scroll down and select web page. Save it then and you can just upload. That's how I do it.
