Help finding M/M fic?

i remember reading this fic but have no idea who wrote it/what it's called/any of the characters

there was a prince and his kingdom was basically in an eternal winter because the king killed his mother who was a witch, and she cursed the land (or at least that was everyone's impression). he stayed in a tower away from everyone else because they were afraid of him. it's possible that it's a published story as i'm subscribed to a couple of m/m publishers, but other than that i'm absolutely clueless. can anyone help??

This one might be the prince of the moon by Megan Derr it was part of the fairytales slashed anthology (book 4) from less than 3 press.
