First: Emperor Lelouch without Zero Requiem. In complete control of the world, and takes the time to take full advantage of his Geass, the Geass Canceller, and the might of his empire. C.C. stays at his side as Empress. Schneizel and Suzaku are both dead, while basically everyone else that resisted him, including the Knights of the Round, is kept alive under Geass to varying degrees to torment. Kallen is put in as Knight of One, as well as frequently being brought into Lelouch's bed, while being Geassed in such a way that she is fully aware and consciously herself but unable to disobey or resist Lelouch's commands. viletta is flat-out enslaved, forced to give up the baby before being violated in increasingly horrible ways for Ohgi to watch. He marries Kaguya and Tianzi to the public eye, giving a gesture of equality, while they're both enslaved at home. Watching Tianzi beg for Lelouch to put a royal baby inside her the day after seeing the same thing from Xianglin may have been too much for Xingke. Cornelia is unwillingly pleasured by Guinevere and Carline, before submitting to Lelouch. Nunnally is brought in to find her three living sisters, all sated, when Lelouch plans to have her. All of them may start out only acting under Geass, but eventually are happy to service Lelouch in whatever way he likes, even in front of their colleauges and loved ones. Chiba breaks when she realizes she willingly begged Lelouch to rape her in front of Toudou. Bonus if Anya chose it, right after the battle, because she got her memories back, and decided to serve Lelouch because of that. Also for pregnancies. No sharing or gangbanging though. Basically, Emperor Lelouch decides to be NTR guy instead of dying for our sins. Sigh. And it all started out from being way too into Nunnally in that red prisoner dress in R2 25.

Second: for being a hot ninja-maid, Sayoko is sorely neglected, particularly since she is the adult female that Lelouch would have been around most while growing up. So, while taking care of the Lamperouge siblings, Sayoko becomes aware of their closeness, and particularly concerned about the possibility of something happening. Someone handicapped like Nunnally would be easy to take advantage of, and if it were Lelouch, she would agree to anything readily. To ensure the healthy development of her charges, Sayoko comes to the conclusion that she must provide Lelouch with a proper sexual outlet: herself. From the first time she seduces him, feeling like a shotacon, through the development as things get more interesting, the affair between a maid and her young master continues. Highlights include bending her over while she's working on something, shibari under her uniform, Nunnally noticing smells and sounds that, if she were less innocent, would give them away, her anal training, and the impregnation dirty talk.

Next: Lelouch's leg fetish. Lelouch went through puberty spending much of his time taking care of Nunnally. Another idea for Emperor Lelouch hurting the people who betrayed him: prima noctis. The emperor asserts the right to the brides' first nights, and in the process ruins whatever relationships might have existed.

Could ruin Villetta/Ohgi, Chiba/Tohdoh, Cecile, Milly, or Rakshata/Lloyd, Cornelia/Guilford, Xianglin/Xingke, even Kallen or Anya/Gino and Euphy or Kaguya/Suzaku. The point is that when all is said and done, they all crave the touch of their Emperor.

First: in a world where, for whatever reason, Lelouch never pursued his revenge, he and Nunnally live an ordinary life with Sayoko continuing to serve them. Fortunately, Lelouch is able to come up with myriad ways of making large amounts of money with little effort, so they live in comfort and ease. But, since Lelouch and Nunnally don't really look alike, and no one can imagine that a handsome, clever young man like Lelouch would insist on taking such wonderful care of a "worthless" crippled girl like Nunnally if she were just a sibling. So the gossip goes around among the neighborhood about the wonderful young couple and how romantic it is that he stays with her even in her condition.

Nunnally overhears these rumors, and, frankly, agrees with them. She's nothing but a burden to Lelouch, just sitting around at home, waiting for him to come back from doing whatever he does to earn money. What's more, since he's always dealing with her, he never has time to find a girlfriend or anything. So Nunnally decides that, as little value as it has, she does have something she can give Lelouch to express her gratitude for all that he does. With that, she sets out to seduce her beloved older brother. However, she manages it, either while sharing a bed or having Lelouch bathe her while Sayoko is off, and making him realize that she's a young woman with urges and desires, too.

Possibly ends with baby ever after, since Nunnally's injuries were bullets to the legs, rather than a spinal issue. As for Nunnally's appearance a few years later, whether she continues to be as slender and flat as she was throughout the series or grows to resemble her mother more, either way works. Mostly just comes from the thought of Lelouch and Nunnally living like a young couple years later, if he had never rebelled.

Second: in a world where V.V. was imprisoned after killing Marianne and Schneizel is no use in strategy for whatever reason, Britannia has a standing trump card that gets deployed under certain circumstances: Lelouch, placed under the emperor's Geass so that his anger and rebellious feelings are restrained and pointed firmly away from Britannia. He doesn't really have any personal memories, just enough to strategize and not lose his mind, and Charles made sure no one will really question what happened to the 11th prince.

Lelouch is basically a tool that gets brought out whenever a situation requires something different from the usual brute force tactics. He's brought out of isolation, and Geass is used to make him subservient and loyal to whoever is holding his reigns for the duration, though the list of people who get him is restricted to Knights of the Round and royalty. More practically, because the other Rounds don't like it, he's mainly used by Dorothea, Anya, Nonnette, and Monica. Cornelia also dislikes the idea of not commanding her own battles, so he's normally restricted to Guinevere, Carine, and oddly enough Euphemia.

Well, given the dearth of worthwhile male company that can be discrete, the people who hold Lelouch's leash usually wind up indulging themselves before they return him, each with their own flavor. Dorothea is brusque, efficient, almost military. Nonette is a beast. Monica is as kinky as they come. Euphy is sweet, gentle, and nurturing, though she still subconsciously acts like she needs to be treated like a princess. Guinevere flat out insists on being treated like a queen, complete with kissing her feet. Carine is a full-on sadist, stepping on him, footjobs, face-sitting, pee-drinking, the works. Anya swings between being almost completely dispassionate (makes the little expressions she does make all the more valuable) and horny and passionate enough to break Lelouch's hips. Marianne has decidedly few issues about fucking her son, as long as it's not her body.
