Now that I'm here, I'll get straight to it: Premise: (Post-Time Skip) Tsunade develops a futanari jutsu that she can turn on/off at a whim. Then she invites Naruto and Hinata to her office, where she proceeds to have her way with the Hyuuga Heiress for a while before Naruto joins in.
