It was about a warlord(I think) named Alexa who is forced to marry a neighboring ruler named Evan. They have a lot of non-con/hatesex and Alexa eventually gets pregnant. I cannot remember the author's username. It's an old but great story. Googling only lists reviews and takes me to blank pages.
