Harry Potter Request Fic

i'm looking for an experienced writer; who cares about plot but likes sexy lemons and makes use of 'things' i'll let you define my meaning as there are several to that.

The story i imagine begings in the normal story of harry potter, however at a few points in the story e.g.
when harry destroys a horcrux, meeting his famlies ghosts for the last time before he goes to die, when he dies or when he kills voldermort, or along simlar lines, harry is transported somehow to another dimension, eventually hermione being a genius joins hm bringing ron with her in this alternate dimension. here there is still a war going on and naturally they join dumbledore, but hes a bad guy and is taking advantage of their being from another dimension. the hermione and ron of this dimension died in battleand their harry is almost dead from an uncurable poison that has snape baffled, who works for tom, and harry is tom/voldermorts fiance. tom/voldermort has two forms a young adults tom riddle form and snakey voldie form.

anyway ron gets captured by voldie for doing something very bravely but stupidly, confusing tom(i'll just call him that for now on) because tom and hermione are his people but are dead, somehow ron joins voldermort and they go to save hermione and harry from dumbledork.

or something along the lines, i do have several more ideas for this story but i also wish to leave you with as much freedom as possible.

obviously this fic would be a long one and although there must be harry x voldie-tommy i am not against an additional draco or where there is drarry but they broke it off or whatever, i like drarry.

as all good harry potter books go, i would expect the twins to at LEAST make an appearance in it.
