I've made this because I've noticed a lot of questions being asked and I always mean to answer them when I can - but quite often forget to! Or it's mostly because I update on Monday night at midnight (because NZ gets Tuesday first - so no matter where you are in the world if you check on Tuesday there will be a chapter! Just a little bit of thoughtfulness from me ) and am therefore dead-tired and cannot bring myself to reviewer-reply everyone who really needed it!
